CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Description:

This is a full time position. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy client service officer to help us grow the training & consulting business of the company by implementing strategies and campaigns to win new clients and maintain excellent business relationships with the potential and already existing clients.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s set targets to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and actively pursue sales leads turning them into opportunities for sales.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers via telephone, email and face to face and other legal methods to sell company’s training and consulting services.
  • To develop and implement deal winning strategies & tactics and establish superior customer relationships.
  • Consistently meet/exceed revenue sales targets.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every prospect and /or customer interactions.
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
  • Research and regularly pursue relevant Pre-qualification/Tenders/RFPs (request for proposals), including writing proposals – follow up to successful closure.
  • Identify and attend relevant industry functions on behalf of company to increase brand awareness and identify new sales prospects.
  • Develop and implement well coordinated social media marketing strategies.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, daily sales activities and actual sales versus the target.
  • Following through on closed sales for the purposes of customer feedback and ensure outstanding bills are cleared
  • Maintain and manage customer databases on the company CRM platform.

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business related qualification

SALES LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST INTERNSHIP

Position Description

This is a four (4) month internship program. As a sales lead generator you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

The goal is to help Grayson Consulting maintain a healthy pipeline and excel in customer acquisition by prospecting and generating high quality sales leads. Your primary tool will be the telephone.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource for the researching and prospecting of qualified new business leads via Internet, media, directories, referrals and other resource material.
  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and tracking prospective clients, generating leads and qualifying high-quality business opportunities for the sales team via outbound phone calls, emails, campaign letters and other resources.
  • Identifies and engages key decision makers across a broad spectrum of industries within prospective clients.
  • Upon contacting a prospective client, probe to understand business needs and have the ability to identify opportunities to pair those needs with Grayson Consulting products/services. Develop a valid business reason for each prospect.
  • Follow up with prospective leads on a regular basis setting a phone or in-person appointment for the sales team
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales lead quotas. Maintaining high activity levels and high call volumes
  • Process and maintain leads in prospecting database for daily/weekly reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions relative to specific service offering(s) and communicate appropriately to sales team.
  • Ownership of assigned campaigns – making initial contact, follow-up correspondence, and quantifying client for hand off process
