Modern workers at all levels feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood. Many people feel the demands of the workplace, combined with the demands at home, have become too much to handle. The stress is taking a toll on their sleep, health, relationships, productivity and sense of well-being.
Stress fuels anger, distraction, impatience, and bad decisions. Anger in today’s workplace is shocking, but not surprising. Few people are prepared to deal with the various manifestations of workplace anger. They smooth things over as best they can, but often fail to deal with the underlying causes of the anger.
This program will give your team tools to build resilience, well-being, and positive outlook by managing reactions and emotions that drive stress, burnout & overwhelm cultivating a happy workplace environment that promotes work-life balance.
Workshop Objective
After completion of this course individuals should be able to:

- Recognise the dangers of suppressed anger
- Recognize the signs and symptoms of stress.
- Implement strategies to improve their resilience and better cope with stress.

- Understand the benefits of achieving a healthy work-life balance.
- Implement strategies to improve well-being and achieve better balance.
