Lead Generation Specialist

Grayson Consulting is looking for passionate independent individuals interested in a dynamic sales role. 

The primary focus of the role is to work with the sales team to develop & deliver a quality lead generation pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research & identify potential leads through various channels
  • Contact & qualify leads through phone calls, emails, & other communication methods
  • Develop & maintain a database of leads & prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects & clients
  • Manage & prioritise multiple tasks & projects to meet deadlines
  • Attend industry events & conferences to network & generate leads
  • Analyse & report on lead generation metrics to track progress & identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful lead generation & sales
  • Experience in developing & implementing lead generation strategies
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools & software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing & social media platforms
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Strong project & time management skills
  • Degree/diploma in marketing, business administration or a related field
