Call for Corporate Trainers & Consultants

This call is open to all individual trainers & consultants. Their primary role will involve designing & delivering training sessions, workshops or consulting assignments aimed at enhancing knowledge, skills & capabilities of Grayson Consulting corporate clients.

Education, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Holds degree(s) in relevant background as required.
  • Fluent spoken & written English.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation & communications skills
  • Have over 10 years of experience working in corporate training & consultancy
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Values the sharing of information & continuous improvement in a cooperative atmosphere of constructive evaluation & learning.

Location:

We are looking for trainers in following regions:

  • Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda & Zambia.

Position Description:

We are looking for an enterprising, high-integrity, self-driven, & responsible independent business development consultants’, with a proven track record in the business development arena to assist us grow the training & consulting business of the company.   

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Employ effective strategies to identify potential clients to generate & nurture leads, & close business to meet & surpass sales quotas
  • Working closely with our Business Development Manager, arranging meetings with potential & existing customers to present company products & services
  • Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting benefits & key features.
  • Building & maintain solid working relationships with both Grayson Consulting staff members, customers & other stakeholders
  • Maintain high level of professionalism & competence in every stakeholder interaction
  • Understanding the client requirements & then work closely with Grayson Consulting staff members to deliver beyond the client’s expectation
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitors’ activities & market trends.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies Requirements & Experience

  • Possessing an enterprising attitude, a desire to control your own destiny & a hunger for greatness.
  • Self-discipline, excellent time management & a propensity for putting in hard graft to generate leads & close sales
  • Excellent networking & communication - written & spoken
  • Ability work independently and with little direction
  • Establish, develop & maintain positive ethical & professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • 3 years’ experience in the corporate world 
  • Must have access to a laptop & internet.
