About the Role
We are a professional corporate training & consulting firm delivering specialised training programmes & consulting services across different areas such as banking & insurance, logistics & supply chain, healthcare, ICT, HR, finance, ESG & operations.
We are seeking highly organised, detail-oriented individuals for a task-based gig: identifying companies & decision-makers for specific professional workshops & building high-quality lead lists for our marketing campaigns.
This is 100% research-focused — no sales calls, no telemarketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organisations relevant to each workshop (e.g., Bancassurance Sales Excellence, Cold Chain Logistics, Health Insurance Digitisation & Digital Claims Management).
- Research & profile decision-makers & influencers, including:
- Full name
- Job title & department
- Organisation name
- Business email & phone number (from publicly available sources)
- Use sources like company websites, LinkedIn, industry directories, professional associations.
- Maintain clean, structured lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM templates.
- Segment leads by sector, organisation size & workshop relevance.
- Deliver weekly lead reports meeting pre-agreed quality standards.
- Ensure data accuracy, relevance & ethical sourcing at all times.
Who We Are Looking For
You should have:
- Strong internet & online research skills
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Basic understanding of corporate structures & job roles
- Strong organisational & time-management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
Optional but preferred:
- Previous experience in lead generation, market research, or corporate marketing support
- Familiarity with business sectors like banking, insurance, logistics, ICT, HR, or finance
