The primary focus of the role is to work with the sales team to develop & deliver a quality lead generation pipeline.
- Research & identify potential leads through various channels
- Contact & qualify leads through phone calls, emails, & other communication methods
- Develop & maintain a database of leads & prospects for future reference
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices for lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects & clients
- Manage & prioritise multiple tasks & projects to meet deadlines
- Attend industry events & conferences to network & generate leads
- Analyse & report on lead generation metrics to track progress & identify areas for improvement
- Proven track record of successful lead generation & sales
- Experience in developing & implementing lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools & software
- Knowledge of digital marketing & social media platforms
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Strong project & time management skills
- Degree/diploma in marketing, business administration or a related field
