Position Description:

This is a full time position. Our client is looking for highly experienced competent, reliable, energetic, organised and trustworthy Sales & Ticketing Agent to help them  grow their business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Make and confirm travel reservations and sell tickets to passengers
  • To optimise all front desk and call centre activity with guests lead to potential sales outcomes
  • Ensure reservation and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, employees, and management to respond to booking queries and to generate future bookings.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 Years’ experience in an airline or an IATA approved travel agency
  • Amadeus/Galileo experience is essential
  • Computer Skills (Ms Office & Web based applications).
  • Cooperative team worker who can work under pressure, whilst maintaining good questioning,
  • Listening and up-selling skills.
  • Customer service driven individuals preferred

Our client is looking for a sales executive to help grow their business by implementing strategies and campaigns to win new clients and maintain excellent business relationships with the potential and already existing clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and actively pursue sales leads turning them into sales.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers via telephone, email and face to face and other legal methods to sell company’s training and consulting services.
  • To develop and implement deal winning strategies & tactics and establish superior customer relationships.
  • Consistently meet/exceed revenue sales targets.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every prospect and /or customer interaction.
  • Research and regularly pursue relevant Pre-qualification/Tenders/RFPs (request for proposals), including writing proposals – follow up to successful closure.
  • Identify and attend relevant industry functions on behalf of company to increase brand awareness and identify new sales prospects.
  • Develop and implement well-coordinated social media marketing strategies.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, daily sales activities and actual sales versus the target.
  • Following through on closed sales for the purposes of customer feedback and ensure outstanding bills are cleared

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business-related qualification
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Results orientated with an entrepreneurial approach to business, coupled with a demonstrable track record of sales success

  • Independent working style and high degree of self-management.
