Terms & Conditions

By accessing, using & submitting bookings for workshops, trainings or any other events run by Grayson Consulting, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Booking

By completing & submitting the course booking form online or manually, the Client formally enters into a contractual obligation with Grayson Consulting.

• Include participant(s) full name, designation & contact details.
• Company details including KRA PIN No & Postal Address.
• Authorizing officer details.

2. Invoicing & Payments

• Quotation or pro-forma issued upon confirmation.
• PO or contract issued by Client.
• Invoice must be paid before training unless otherwise agreed.
• KRA PINs required for both parties.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• 7-day notice for cancellations.
• No-show means full fee is due.
• Refunds for canceled training.
• No rescheduling for no-shows.

4. Data Protection

Personal data is collected under the Data Protection Act 2019 for training communication and logistics. Photos may be used for promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

• Course materials are not to be shared or reused.
• All shared info is confidential.

6. Governing Law

Terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes to be resolved in Kenyan courts.
